Nature of Business

Blockbusterticket is a service which acts as an online agent on behalf of event organisers, promoters and venues.

Delivery charges

A delivery and admin charge of £1.50 applies on all tickets purchased via our website.

The price for each product is shown on blockbusterticket.com in UK Sterling and includes VAT (where applicable) at 20%. We always try to make sure that the prices on blockbusterticket.com are accurate but occasionally errors or price changes may occur. We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.

Exchange and Refund Policy

In order to initiate a refund request, an Attendee should contact us within 48 hours of the event end date. We will then pass on the request to the Organiser.

In the event that Organiser fails to respond or honour a refund that an Attendee believes is due under the applicable refund policy, blockbusterticket.com will review the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Blockbusterticket.com will endeavour to complete its review within thirty (30) days of being contacted by the Attendee.

Liabilities and Responsibilities

Blockbusterticket.com total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

blockbusterticket.com will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
